big room breakfast choice massive swimming pool outdated room broken door open window
this hotel, it had big rooms. i liked there being two choices for breakfast to pick from. the swimming pools where very big and the gym was nice to see.
our sea view room it was a bit old. the balcony doors where broken too, that was not good. the bathroom had open windows, because of this insects got in if the lights are on at night. i cannot use the bathroom with the lights on at night.

modern room bathroom toiletries quiet location easy beach
the room was spacious and modern, a perfect haven after a day of exploring. bathroom toiletries were rituals products, a luxury i always appreciate. it felt wonderfully quiet, ideal. i loved that the beach was so easily accessible.

our pool terrace king offered ample space and modern decor, with two separate sinks. the rainfall shower provided a refreshing experience, and the room benefited from effective soundproofing.

The location offers direct beach access, a real dream, with cenang only a short walk away. this proximity provides convenient access to local shops and restaurants. A supermarket plus a laundry shop are accessible with a short walk.

The grounds are well kept and beautiful with plenty of loungers by the beach and swimming pools. the gym has a variety of equipment including treadmills and stationary bikes. The multiple pools offer both shaded and sunny areas.

The buggy service was prompt and efficient for navigating the resort grounds, a real plus. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering assistance with directions and requests. Two staff in the spice restaurant, suzy and redzuan, deserve special praise.

The breakfast selection was plentiful, with both asian and western options available. I appreciated the good selection of fruit cocktails. breakfast offers a variety of choices and includes local selections. The hotel provides top up water bottles.

rituals toiletries breakfast selections plentiful loungers
the room had rituals bathroom toiletries, a really lovely touch. the breakfast buffet had large selections. Local and western options were available. there were lots of sun loungers around the pools.
the pools were beautiful, but i did notice some minor wear on the rooms.

our room was a lakefront king. i enjoyed watching the fish from the ground floor. the pool setting included greenery and flowers.

large pool area many deck chairs two restaurants
The main pool area was quite large. It had many deck chairs near the sea. I found a quiet spot easily. Breakfast included two restaurants, one Asian and one Western.
The pillows in the room were a bit too soft for my taste

thick layer filthy mop
the location WAS acceptable, RIGHT on the beach.
the room WASN'T clean. there was a thick layer of dust on every surface from the bedside table to the sink. i THINK the cleaning staff are NOT to blame. they walk around with the most filthy mop and broom.
