The grounds are well kept and beautiful with plenty of loungers by the beach and swimming pools. the gym has a variety of equipment including treadmills and stationary bikes. The multiple pools offer both shaded and sunny areas.

The buggy service was prompt and efficient for navigating the resort grounds, a real plus. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering assistance with directions and requests. Two staff in the spice restaurant, suzy and redzuan, deserve special praise.

the room had rituals bathroom toiletries, a really lovely touch. the breakfast buffet had large selections. Local and western options were available. there were lots of sun loungers around the pools.

the pools were beautiful, but i did notice some minor wear on the rooms.

The main pool area was quite large. It had many deck chairs near the sea. I found a quiet spot easily. Breakfast included two restaurants, one Asian and one Western.

the room WASN'T clean. there was a thick layer of dust on every surface from the bedside table to the sink. i THINK the cleaning staff are NOT to blame. they walk around with the most filthy mop and broom.
